These Terms of Use (these "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the mobile application "Oasita" (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Relic Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). Please use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding the use of the Service.

  2. You are deemed to have agreed to these Terms when you download the App or begin using the Service.

  3. Individual notices, guidelines, and other rules that we post within the App or on our website ("Individual Rules") form part of these Terms. If these Terms conflict with any Individual Rules, the Individual Rules prevail.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (Special Provisions for the Beta Period)

  1. The Service is currently a beta (trial) version provided through TestFlight. The Service is under development, and its features, specifications, design, and contents may be changed, added to, or discontinued without notice.

  2. During the beta period, we make no warranty as to operational stability, absence of defects, or preservation of data. We may reset (initialize) Service data or delete accumulated savings logs and other data without notice.

  3. You use the Service at your own risk, understanding the nature of a beta release. We are not liable for damage arising from the beta release, in accordance with Article 14 (Disclaimers).

  4. During the beta period, paid services are provided in Apple's sandbox (test) environment, and no actual charge or billing occurs. See Article 12 (Paid Services).

Article 4 (Accounts)

  1. The App begins operating automatically upon first launch through anonymous authentication. You can use the basic features of the Service without a sign-in screen or creating an account.

  2. Linking a Linked account is required to create invitations, join a Group, or transfer data when changing devices.

  3. You are responsible for appropriately managing your own Linked account and device. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate management of, or third-party use of, your Linked account or device.
